Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
½ cup sliced fruit of your choice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 or 3 ice cubes
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or artificial sweetener

Directions:

In a blender or food processor fitted with a plastic blade, blend the first four ingredients until smooth. Add the sugar or sweetener to taste.
