Quickie Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Soup

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 cups chicken broth (preferably homemade)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, finely diced, or 1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup linguine, cooked al dente
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried

Directions:

Place the broth in a large saucepan and bring to boil. Add the chicken, noodles, and vegetables. Simmer 7 or 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.

Add the pepper. Garnish with the dill and green onions.
