Tilapia Fillets with Salsa
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
To make the salsa:
Salt & Pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro
½ cup red onion
2 tablespoon Juice of 1 large lime
2 cups tomatoes
Dash of ketchup
Directions:
Roughly chop up the cilantro, dice tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. Mix.
Add the juice of one large lime and a dash of ketchup. Season with salt and let
sit for about 30 minutes.
Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, and saute in a little bit of olive
oil. Pour a bit of the salsa over the fillet, throw some asparagus on the plate
and some brown rice, and you have a nice dinner.
