At CD3, Inc., we are committed to protecting your privacy CD3, Inc. promises not
to sell or trade any consumer information to anyone. All information provided by
you, the consumer, to CD3, Inc. is considered confidential and for internal use
only.
What We Collect and How We Use It
When you place an order, we ask for your e-mail address, the mailing address(es)
and phone number(s) (optional) where you'd like your items shipped, and your billing
address. During the order process, you might also provide other shipping addresses
(for sending gifts directly). Collecting this information allows us to complete
your order efficiently and to notify you of your order status. For your protection
we do not collect and maintain your credit card information.
When you subscribe to participate in Mary Lou's Weigh promotions, we use your standard
account information. If you would like to stop receiving promotions, updates and/or
special offers at any time, please contact us (see below).
Cookies
Like most major websites, we use a feature of your web browser called a "cookie".
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to your computer's hard
drive for record-keeping purposes. We use these cookie files to track your preferences
and purchases as you navigate through our website and to save you from having to
re-enter information every time you visit Mary Lou's Weigh. To sum up, by using
cookies to track your visits, we can make your next shopping experience at Mary
Lous' Weigh better. To search our website and/or place an order from the Mary Lou's

MaryLousWeigh.com shall protect the security of your personal information and credit
card detail when you shop with us online using the security protections described

encrypt the personal information and credit card detail you provide during the order
process.
To ensure the security of your personal information, you should always provide that
information over a secure connection. You can check the existence of a secure connection
in one of two ways:

or a closed lock in Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above) or AOL (AOL
3.0 and above).
While Mary Lou's Weigh makes every effort to ensure the integrity and security of
its network and systems, Mary Lou's Weigh cannot guarantee that its security measures
will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.

Placing an Order
Step 1: Shopping Cart
Add the products you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. To review a product's
detail information, simply click on the product's name. To change any quantity,
make your adjustment and click "Update." To remove any product, change the quantity
to 0 and click "Update." To continue browsing, click "Continue Shopping."
Step 2: Checkout
You're finished browsing and your Shopping Cart contains everything you want to
order, in the correct quantities. It's time to click "Check Out."
Step 3: Sign In
First-Time Customers
First-time customers must set up a Mary Lou's Weigh account to place an order. When
your account information is complete and correct, you will continue with the Check
Out process.
Returning Customers
If you have ordered in the past, you need to input your email address and password
and click "Login." If you forgot your password, input your email address and we'll
send you your password by email. For security reasons, we cannot provide your password
over the phone. However, we can reset your password and you can logon at a later
date and reset your password.
Step 4: Shipping Address
Mary Lou's Weigh will ship your ordered products to one address. We'll ship anywhere
in the U.S. to physical address types only (NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE).
Step 5: Shipping Method
Depending on where you are shipping your products, you'll need to tell us which
method to use for each of your shipments. Choose Ground, Three Day, Two-Day, or
Overnight Delivery. For shipping method options and expected delivery times, please
refer to the charts below.
* Orders received by 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the same day
* Orders received after 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the next business day
* All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST on Fridays are typically shipped by the
close of business on Monday
Continental US: Service via UPS

MaryLousWeigh.com cannot ship to P.O. BOXES. A physical address that UPS can deliver
to must be provided. Failure to do so may result in the delay of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on
the shipping address you specify, you will be offered shipping method options that
are valid for that address type.
Step 6: Payment Information
Credit Cards
MaryLousWeigh.com accepts MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. Choose a credit card type,
enter a credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the credit
card. The billing address for the credit card must match the address where that
credit card statement is sent. Please enter your credit card's Security Code for
your protection. Most cards today have a small 3 digit number on the back of your
card.
Step 7: Submit Your Order
When your card information is complete and correct, click "Process Order." Please
click "Process Order" only once to prevent duplicate payments. You will receive
an acknowledgement screen once the payment has been completed. Please be patient
as this may take a couple of minutes depending on your browser connection.
Step 8: Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email that summarizes your order and
each time we ship a portion of your order, we'll notify you by email. Remember that
you can check the status of your order online -- anytime -- from Your Account.
When you place an order with Mary Lou's Weigh, we get the order fulfillment process
moving right away. So if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us
by phone as soon as possible. You can call us toll-free at 1-800-388-7597 -- Monday
through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM C.S.T. When you call, be sure to have your order
number ready to give to the Customer Service Representative.
Please keep in mind that we can't cancel or affect an order once it has entered
the shipping process, which happens just a few hours after you place your order.
That's why it's important to contact us regarding any problems or changes by phone
right away -- before we start to process your order.

Recent Mary Lou's Weigh Purchases
You may return your Mary Lou's Weigh purchase for any reason within 10 days of receipt
of the item for refund or exchange if the returned item is sent in new, unopened
condition.
If you purchased through a reseller you must contact the independent retailer regarding
their return and exchange policies.
If you purchased your Mary Lou’s Weigh product directly from Mary Lou's Weigh and
would like to return your product, click here. Please
note that your Mary Lou’s Weigh product must be in its original packaging and be
in like new resellable condition with all packaging components and inserts.
Product Warranty Claims
Mary Lou’s Weigh products have a lifetime guarantee to be free from defects in material
and workmanship, batteries not included. We will repair or replace, at our option,
the product without charge (postage and postal insurance are the responsibility
of the consumer). Proof of purchase from an authorized Mary Lou’s Weigh dealer must
accompany the return.
