Included in Mary Lou’s Weigh:
The stuff you need to stay on track.
Our goal is to support you every step of the way. So we’ve made motivation and information
available to you through the Platform, a great book, and a DVD. Read on to learn
more.
The Platform
This is the cornerstone of Mary Lou’s Weigh. The Platform will never tell you your
starting weight since that number can be overwhelming and depressing. Instead, it
secretly records your starting weight the first time you step on it. After that,
Mary Lou Retton will actually coach you along your path to weight-loss by telling
you how much you’ve lost or gained since your starting weight and giving you advice
and motivation to help you through the day.
Lite Reading
Our aptly titled book is a collection of great advice from experts on weight-loss.
This book is written to be a source of inspiration and information you can keep
with you or simply have on your bedside table. Open it up to any page at any time
for a boost when you need it.
The DVD
This great DVD includes an interview with Mary Lou Retton and a video of her answering
some of the most commonly asked question about the Platform. It also includes Mary
Lou giving you step-by-step instructions on how to use the Platform.

How Mary Lou’s Weigh Works
Knowing your exact weight can be discouraging when you’re trying to reduce. Yet
daily tracking of progress is a proven tool for successful weight loss. That’s why
Mary Lou Retton reinvented the scale to make it a source of inspiration rather than
irritation.
The Mary Lou’s Weigh Platform logs your weight, but will never tell
you the number. Instead it lets you know how many pounds you are below or above
your starting weight. That’s the info you really need.
You’ll also get audio feedback
each day that motivates and guides you through an achievable 10-pound weight loss
with helpful health tips, positive reinforcement and smart, simple daily goals to
focus on.
Once you reach your 10-pound goal, the Platform resets automatically so
you can either maintain your weight, or go for another 10 pounds.
